The Department of Marketing is in the Eller College of Business and Public Administration.

Degrees, Majors, Minors, and Options:

Baccalaureate Degree

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.)

What is Marketing?

Marketing is the process of planning and executing the conception, pricing, promotion, and distribution of ideas, goods, and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational objectives. Graduates may qualify for positions in product management, sales and sales management, retailing, advertising and promotion, marketing research, industrial marketing, distribution channels, and international marketing.

Masters Programs:

Graduate courses in marketing can be taken in connection with the M.S. program in management.  Consult the Marketing department for details.  

The department also participates in the M.B.A. program, available through the Eller Graduate School of Management.

Ph.D. Program:

Graduate courses in marketing can be taken in connection with the Ph.D. program in management. Consult the Marketing department office for details.

The department participates in the honors program.
