Times-to-failure distributions, including the normal, lognormal, exponential, Weibull, Rayleigh, binomial, Poisson; mean time between failures (MTBF); failure-rate and reliability determination for early, useful and wear-out lives; equipment reliability prediction; series, parallel, standby reliability; multimode function and logic; spare parts provisioning; reliability growth; reliability allocation; failure modes, effects, and criticality analyses; fault tree analysis. Graduate-level requirements include a special report of 30 pages on a specific reliability engineering topic.
