Course Description
Biological anthropology is the study of humans within an evolutionary and comparative framework. This course will introduce students to a wide range of topics explored by biological anthropologists including biological variation in contemporary human populations, the behavior and ecology of nonhuman primates, interactions of culture and biology, and the reconstruction of our evolutionary past from the fossil record.
