Course Description
Students participate in a multi-semester computerized simulation of a business enterprise. This involves forming teams which then become the companies that operate in the simulated business industry. Each team must identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and resource requirements. The teams then design, produce, and market simulated products which best serve the market needs in a manner that surpasses competitive offerings. Students learn strategy analysis and development techniques, team building and leadership skills, and effective communication practices.
