Course Description
Considers child sexual and physical abuse, maltreatment and neglect, dating violence, date rape, stalking, domestic violence, workplace harassment, and abuse of elderly and disabled persons. Addresses frequency, causes, health impacts, cultural forces shaping responses, community services and prevention. Graduate-level students will be asked to complete a different type of term paper than the undergraduate students, please see syllabus.
