Course Description

Continuing study of the language with greater emphasis on developing reading and writing skills, continuing practice with spoken aspects utilizing intensive preparations with biweekly reviews. Introduces newspaper articles, short literary texts, and professional vocabulary. Students develop the ability to present ideas and arguments in extended spoken and written formats. Language specified in course section number. See clp.arizona.edu for specific course learning outcomes. Counts towards CLP Minor. Students with prior knowledge of or experience with the language being taught should contact the Critical Languages Program to arrange a placement test. (Prerequisite CRL 202 or consent of the CLP Director).
