Students work in interdisciplinary teams to solve mostly industry-sponsored real-world design problems using industry-standard design processes. Construction, testing and evaluation of prototype; design iteration to arrive at a final working system. Major design project. ENGR 498A and ENGR 498B must be taken in consecutive semesters. Offered in the Spring.
