Course Description
The course will address the First Amendment: Freedom of Expression, Freedom of Association, and Freedom of Religion. It is a companion course to Constitutional Law II, and will address these topics in more depth and breadth than is possible in a 3 or 4 unit survey course that covers State Action, the First Amendment, Equal Protection and Privileges or Immunities).
