Course Description

An introduction to the law and policy issues of environmental protection and decision making. In this course, you will learn about the major U.S. federal environmental statutes and their interactions with the common law and constitutional law. In addition, the course will introduce students to legal approaches to climate adaptation, environmental justice, and international environmental law.
