Course Description

This course will build on the fundamentals of legal research concepts introduced in the first year legal research course, and will involve students in an intensive, hands on course of concentrated legal research in primary and secondary sources, including treatises, digests, legal periodicals, legislative history, and internet and other on-line research. The goal of the course is to develop legal research skills to enable students to work independently in a legal setting.
