Course Description
This seminar will explore current issues in the employment law including drug testing, employee privacy, the use of agreements to arbitrate as a condition of employment, regulation of off-work activity, and wrongful termination. We will also explore some of the intellectual property issues involved in the employment area such as trade secrets, inventions and authorship.
