Course Description
Students will function in an intern-like capacity during a four-week assignment to a general medical ward at BUMC-South Campus or BUMC-University Campus. Students will practice medical interview and physical examination skills and differentiate diagnosis through actual hands-on care and clinical problem solving. This experience will enable students to be more comfortable caring for sick patients in the hospital environment.
