Course Description

This course provides an overview of current problems in conservation science and the methods that have been used to solve them. Case studies of the underlying phenomena that cause materials to be weak, short-lived and poorly constructed will be presented. Graduate-level requirements include presentation of research project to the class coupled with written report.
