Course Description

Advanced statistics builds on the foundation provided in a graduate level statistics course by reviewing basic concepts and building on these concepts to expand our understanding of the research process. Experiences within the course are intended to provide the necessary competencies to perform simple and multiple linear and logistic regressions; mixed designs analysis, growth mixture modeling, and latent class growth analysis. STATA, an established statistical software program will be used in the learning of these techniques.
