Course Description

The course will address themes, trends, and issues that contribute to the quality, access, delivery and outcome of pharmaceutical and health care. Attention will be given to addressing the roles of pharmaceutical economics, science, and technology, public health and health professional education and practice in the definition of pharmaceutical and health care; issues such as the influence of demographics, gender, age, diversity, behavior, education, politics and socioeconomic conditions on the health of Americans will be explored.
