Course Description

This course provides an introduction to methods and techniques for conducting pharmacoeconomic studies and health services research. The course covers a wide range of topics, including using decision analysis, Bayesian methods, and meta-analysis. Students also will be exposed to probabilistic decision modeling and the use of the decision analysis program TreeAge and a Bayesian modeling software WinBugs.
