Course Description

Students will learn various crop production systems and understand challenges, production practices, technologies, pests and diseases in Arizona agriculture. Students will be able to associate impact of plant and microbial sciences in arid land agriculture. This course consists of 7 field trips scheduled on selected Fridays during fall semester. The last trip will be a Friday/Saturday trip to the Yuma area.
