Seminar on the key planning issues which affect international borders, particularly between Arizona and the Mexican state of Sonora. Seminar topics will be enhanced by invited experts on key issues of migration, growth and change, social issues and political realities. Each student will select a related border region to study in parallel with the structure of the seminar.
