Course Description
This course aims to provide a broad background in qualitative research techniques, and to develop these techniques through research using collected data. The course is based on an assumption that there are core similarities across qualitative modalities of social analysis. Students in this course will collect data through interviews, ethnography, and historical research. Students will use the collected qualitative data to carry out a research project.
