Course Description

Effective writing is a valuable tool for any student aspiring for a career in the Environmental, Agricultural, and Life Sciences. This course will cover in-depth technical writing skills needed for scientific writing success, ranging from how to perform comprehensive reviews of the scientific literature, to performing peer reviews of the writing of fellow students. Ultimately, completion of this course will improve students' ability to write technical reports, theses and dissertations, and journal articles.  Graduate-level requirements include work on theses, dissertations or journal articles.
