Project Management for Entertainment Professionals explores concepts of leadership and project management as it pertains to the entertainment industry. Throughout this course we will explore the structural patterns common to the projects, regardless of the field. From idealization to actualization and examine the six stages of projects as defined by the Project Management Institute and consider how these broad concepts can be utilized in the entertainment industry.
