The overarching objective of this course is to prepare students to become more self-aware and to be better managers of people in organizations. Students will learn about the most up-to-date managerial development techniques, pitfalls in making staffing decisions, how to manage subordinates during times of organizational change, and most critically, the alignment of human capital practices with firm strategy.
