Course Description

We will examine contemporary issues in the field of reproductive physiology with particular emphasis on clinical applications and societal concerns. The class structure is designed to encourage application of primary scientific literature and text-book hypotheses to real-world practice and exploration of new issues. Students are encouraged to bring recent articles, newspaper clippings, opinions, ideas and questions to class to promote active learning. Graduate-level requirements include a 30 minute class presentation to the class or a 10-page paper may be substituted.
