Course Description
The course aims to engage students in provocative discussions about the types of legal norms that apply in the various legal regimes, consider the differences, explore the reasons, and attempt to explain the disparities. We envision a process nurtured by the desire to educate students on the importance of legal and cultural competency in an era of globalization.
