Course Description
Overview of psychological theories of leadership. Reviews leadership as a
process, leader and follower behaviors, and situational characteristics. Analysis of historical and modern case studies will be used to apply theoretical concepts. Graduate-level requirements include a case study with 'teacher guide', 15-20 pages long for both guide and case study. Case study must present an actual scenario faced by a leader in an organization. Guide must present key questions and themes illustrated by the case study.
