Course Description

In our rapidly changing global environment, companies cannot be static ... they must continually adjust, adapt, and redefine themselves to remain competitive. Innovative and entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviors are necessary for firms of all sizes to prosper and flourish. The challenges include creating an environment for new ideas within companies, and encouraging employees to act on these ideas. This course examines Corporate Entrepreneurship as a broad concept that includes the generation, development, and implementation of new ideas, behaviors, products, services, systems, plans, and programs within established organizations.
