Course Description

The Nervous System Remediation course is a repeat of the Nervous System Block (MED 817). It covers the same material as the block, which includes comprehensive overview of general principles in neuroscience, neuropathology, neurology, and psychiatry. Students gain an understanding of the basics of the structure and function of the human nervous system while integrating gross anatomy of the head and neck, related histology and pathology, clinical applications in neurology, and relevant psychiatry and psychopathology.
