Persuasion is central to organizations and business. Whether you are a supervisor trying to motivate an employee, a salesperson trying to land a client, a CEO inspiring organizational members toward a new vision, a marketing professional trying to create a product niche, or an entrepreneur attempting to garner financial support for a new venture, persuasion lies at the heart of organizational processes.
