An overview of the principles and concepts of the forensic sciences. A consideration of the multidisciplinary aspects of the relationship between medicine, science, law and law enforcement. Background knowledge for an understanding of the kinetics of injury and application of this knowledge in evaluating and interpreting patient inquiries. Study of precise medicolegal terminology and scientific laboratory techniques.
