Course Description
Students will develop foundational radiologic interpretation skills by learning to assess the technical adequacy of chest x-rays and identify causes of an opacified hemithorax. They will gain an understanding of the radiographic manifestations and clinical implications of congestive heart failure. Additionally, students will be trained to recognize imaging features of small and large bowel obstruction, as well as ileus, to support accurate diagnosis and timely clinical decision-making.
