Course Description

This course is designed to prepare graduate students to lead applied research studies and programs targeting diet and physical activity interventions and behavior change. This course will provide an in-depth review of measurement / measurement error, research design, implementation, and interpretation of research findings as well as application to obesity and the related chronic disease risks associated with obesity. Both qualitative and quantitative methods will be explored.
