Course Description
This course provides a broad understanding of leadership in the context of shared-power. What leadership capabilities are effective in diverse settings and organizations? How does one create and communicate vision in the civic context? What are effective strategies for mobilization and action when there are many and diverse stakeholders? How is policy change facilitated? The course will provide the opportunity for self-reflection, focusing on how individuals develop leadership passions and capabilities, how they can serve others and take care of themselves, and what are their individual strengths and challenges.
