This course provides an opportunity for Master of Real Estate Development students to engage in a culminating experience involving a substantive project which demonstrates a synthesis of learning including broadly comprehensive knowledge of a disciple, its methods, and processes. The student will work under the direction of a faculty member in conjunction with members of the real estate community to identify a project, conduct analysis and synthesis, and to prepare a final report and presentation.
