Course Description

Biological Structure II covers one of two major methods for acquiring atomic structures of proteins and nucleic acids, NMR spectroscopy. Biological Structure I covers the other major method, X-ray crystallography. The emphasis is more conceptual than mathematical and focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of each approach.
