Course Description
An advanced-level play-writing course geared toward student writers. The course includes techniques of play-writing taught through writing exercises, the writing of short plays, preparation for writing longer plays and readings in contemporary script-writing and criticism. Each semester the advanced topics course will focus on one aspect of play-writing, such as one-act plays, adaptations, and docudrama.
