Course Description

In this course, we will overview essential methods and tools to use and deploy GIS services over the World Wide Web. Projects in this course make use of ESRI technologies for web and mobile GIS such as ArcGIS Online, Story Maps, Experience Builder, Field Maps, and Survey123. The course also introduces web programming with HTML and the JavaScript API. No prior web programming knowledge is expected. This course introduces the concepts and skills of web mapping using applications such as ArcGIS for Server, ArcGIS Online (AGOL), Experience Builder, web-enabled geoprocessing, Story Maps, and the Javascript API.
