Course Description
The course covers the principles, methods and equipment of diverse lab techniques to characterize, analyze and process the ore/mineral samples. Through the course, students will learn the hands-on lab work including the lab safety training, the sampling and preparation of samples, and the general lab techniques as required in a metallurgical lab. Graduate-level requirements include an advanced understanding of the fundamentals, experiment design, data analysis and solutions.
