Course Description
This course is designed to allow students to explore methods for successfully transitioning to university life. Over the course of the term students will be introduced to several strategies that will help to improve academic, social and professional development at the university. Students will explore their learning styles, study habits, time management, goal setting, and campus resources for social, physical and mental health. Practical application of each learning objective will be evaluated as the course progresses.
