This course will provide an overview of the competencies of interprofessional collaboration and practice. Emphasis is placed on roles and responsibilities for interprofessional collaborative practice, interprofessional communication practices, teamwork and team-based practice, values, and ethics for interprofessional practice. Patient and family centered care in community and population oriented settings are highlighted.
