Course Description

This course prepares students to become peer leaders as they advocate for the use of research-based study strategies that foster learning. The course involves learning how the strategies work, implementing activities and discussions about the strategies with peer groups, and reporting on the outcomes of the peer coaching activities. One hour of class time and two hours of peer coaching preparation and activities are required each week.
