This course, the continuation of ENTR 406: Principles of Entrepreneurship, focuses on entrepreneurial management: the process, preparation and managerial aspects of launching a new venture. The process includes a review on developing a successful idea, moving from the idea to becoming a startup firm, and managing and growing the entrepreneurial firm.
