The Longitudinal Patient Care course is mostly experiential. Subsequent to several introductory group sessions wherein course goals and expectations are covered, students will work in interdisciplinary teams and will engage in various activities including conducting patient interviews in person and on the phone, visiting patients where relevant during in- and out-patient appointments and team-based debrief sessions.
