Course Description
This course enhances pharmacy skills learned earlier in the program through hands-on experience compounding and preparing medications. Present terminology and calculations pertinent to the selection, formulation, preparation, dosage and administration of drugs and their dosage forms. Practical experience with respect to USP <797> and USP <800>, proper hand washing, garbing, handling products under the hood.
