Course Description

This is the second in a series of three courses that provide a conceptual, integrative approach to selected pathophysiological phenomena and human responses to illness. This course is designed to give the student an understanding of pathophysiological concepts and their application to clinical practice. In addition, the course will integrate concepts related to aging, genetics-environmental factors, and emerging research topics that influence health and disease.
