Course Description
This course focuses on building collaborative interprofessional and Intraprofessional relationships to create and sustain a trusting environment within the health system, as well as, strategies to develop effective partnerships within the external community. Key principles of conflict resolution are examined and applied to challenging leadership scenarios. The role of executive nurse leader in high level organizational decision making based on benchmarking of quality and financial indicators will be explored.
