Course Description

Students form teams of at least 3 members. Each session is comprised of group discussion and experimental lab work. The course is directed toward acquiring the basic methodologies for inventing and developing ideas to solve some of the problems of healthcare delivery systems through technology. Emphasis on medical devices will be put into scalable concepts for prototyping, as well as designing approaches for manufacturing and regulatory compliance studies.
