Course Description

This is the third course of a five course series covering all major aspects of pathophysiology and pharmacotherapeutics. This course is focused on critical care, cardiology, neurology, and pain. The majority of classroom time will be spend working on patient cases and exercises to enhance problem solving abilities in preparation for real world clinical practice. Students are expected to prepare prior to class by reviewing the learning objectives using the textbook, video tutorials, and other materials provided by the instructor.
