Course Description

This course is designed to support first year engineering students in the Engineering Leadership Community as they develop in key areas of leadership, including their ability to work effectively in teams, to manage conflict, and to inspire a shared vision. Topics covered include team building, ethics, networking, strengths assessment and service. By the end of the semester students will have a leadership plan completed.
