Course Description
Stories make differences in our care of patients. Storytelling helps students come to grips with the troubling aspects of the physician-patient relationship. With storytelling, values and attitudes are brought to the clinical encounter. This 4-week independent elective will give the student the knowledge needed on how to tell a story and to develop storytelling skills. The student will be able to be comfortable with \"telling the story\".
