1. To train students to have the attitudes, knowledge, and skills necessary to be physician leaders in business innovation and healthcare delivery to optimize healthcare leadership in Arizona and beyond.
2. To provide experiential opportunities for students to engage with healthcare leadership in the following fields: Hospital Medical Group CMO and Department Chair positions, Public and Private Insurance Clinical leadership, physician consultants to various healthcare policy and delivery stakeholders, e.g., government agencies, private and public healthcare \"think tanks\" and other policy organizations.
3. To assist students in identifying the multiple opportunities and avenues which exist for physician leadership and administrative efforts in healthcare beyond or supplementing clinical practice.
4. To facilitate comparison of careers in healthcare leadership and delivery and identify student interest in pursuing these careers.
